Our latest model 4 strand monkey's fist practice heads are made with 3/8" heavy duty static rope. With a high abraision resistance and heavy duty hardware, this head is built to withstand the beating we put our practice props through during training.
 
The weight of each head is comparable to that of a standard monkey's fist fire head that has been dipped to simulate the same feel of a fire poi. This design utilizes eyebolts which allow you to attach the heads to a quick link for interchangable use.
